Spring is here and it’s time to move, wiggle, and play!
Little Zen: Spring Into Play is a joyful movement and creative experience for kids ages 5–10, designed to help them shake off winter energy and welcome the new season with their whole bodies.
During this session, kids will explore mindful movement, including yoga, playful fitness, and movement games that build strength, coordination, and confidence. After moving, we’ll slow things down with a guided creative activity inspired by spring, giving kids space to express themselves, focus, and create something they can take home.
This experience supports both big movement and calm moments, helping kids release energy, connect with their bodies, and practice focus in a fun, pressure-free environment.
No yoga, fitness, or art experience is needed. Just comfortable clothes and a readiness to play.
