About the event
Little Zen: Big Hearts, Calm Minds is a Valentine’s-inspired mindful movement and art experience for kids ages 5–10.
Children will explore yoga, playful fitness, and movement games designed to release energy and build confidence, followed by a creative art activity focused on kindness, friendship, and self-expression.
Through movement and making, kids practice calming their minds while opening their hearts, to themselves and others.
No prior experience needed.
